Within the scope of the webinars organized by the Building Products Manufacturers Federation (YUF) within the scope of the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the webinar titled "Current Developments in the Field of Sustainable Civil Engineering" will be held online via zoom on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, between 14:00-15:00.
Our faculty member and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Assoc. Prof. Dr. Can Baran Aktaş will be the guest of the event and it will be moderated by YÜF Secretary General Volkan Bozay.
Assoc. Dr. Aktaş In his presentation, will give examples from Turkey and the world and explain how the need for sustainable civil engineering has developed and progressed, as well as current developments in methods such as observed material consumption, energy efficiency applications in buildings and life cycle analysis that can be applied to the sector.
